Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Q: Do you offer service for all-electric vehicle brands?
A: We are mainly focusing on Tesla vehicles for the moment. Please contact us to confirm if we can service your electric vehicle, by calling us at +1 (305) 433-3321.

Q: How much do your services cost?
A: Our service prices vary depending on the type of service required. We pride ourselves on offering competitive pricing.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept a majority of credit and debit cards available on the market, as well as mobile payment options.
We also offer financing options with
EasyPay ranging from $350 - $5k approval.

Q: What are the minimum requirements to apply?

Individuals must earn at least $750 per month and have a checking account that is in good standing and has been active (open) for at least 90 days.
Q: How long does it take to get a decision?
It takes just seconds once the application has been completed; on rare occasions, additional information may be requested.
Q: Will prequalifying affect my FICO credit score?
EasyPay’s prequalification process is a soft inquiry at the big bureaus which does not impact your FICO credit score.
Q: How do I make payments?
Payments are processed based on the payment option chosen during the application process.
XCare EV Protection
Q: Does XCare Cover the High Voltage Battery & Drive Unit?
A: Yes! Certain eligibility parameters exist to have the HV Battery as part of your coverage. If your vehicle is within 7 years of age, and under 100,000 miles when purchasing XCare, then your Batter upper portion, if your car is within seven years of age the hv battery will be covered.
Fill out the form with your vehicle details to receive a quote and details about coverage that fits your vehicle.
If your vehicle does not qualify for HV Battery coverage, you can still purchase XCare. This warranty will cover the drive unit, HV battery (if applicable), and bumper-to-bumper items. This excludes pre-existing concerns, outside influence, and wear and tear.
If you purchased XCare before 7/10/2023, your coverage does not include the Battery & Drive Unit. If you would like to add a Battery & Drive Unit, please reach out to our team at

Q: Do you offer financing or payment plans for XCare?
A: Yes! We understand it may be difficult to purchase the warranty in one upfront payment. For this reason, we now offer 24 equal payments with 0% interest. No application, no credit check. If you would like to arrange our 0% financing option, schedule an appointment here.
Q: Can I immediately use XCare EV once Purchased?
A: Once the coverage plan is purchased, you have a 30-day grace period until your warranty is activated. Any issues that occurred previous to buying XCare, or occurred during the 30-day grace period, will not be covered. During this grace period, you may also choose to cancel and receive a 100% refund. If you purchased a used Tesla through a dealer or private party, please work on getting your ownership transfer completed through the Tesla application. This is specific for Tesla owners since you will need to transfer ownership to properly schedule service through the Tesla application.
